Worship & Love & Trust Jesus, Get Blessed
Psalms 37:4 - Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you your heart’s desires.
Matthew 28:16-17 - Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. And when they saw Him, they worshiped Him: but some doubted.
Psalms 106:47 - Save us, O LORD our God, And gather us from among the Gentiles, To give thanks to Your holy name, to triumph in Your praise.
Hebrews 12:28 - Since we are receiving a Kingdom that is unshakable, let us be thankful and please God by worshiping Him with holy fear and awe.
Most churches don't teach Christians to worship God. It's still God's number one commandment.
Matthew 22:36-37 - "Master, which is the great commandment in the law?" Jesus said unto him, "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind."
1) Once you are Born Again and water baptized
2) Since Psalms 96:9 says "worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness" do confess all your sins to God per 1 John 1:8-10 so God forgives you (He will, the Bible has no lies) and you are cleansed of wickedness and God sees you as holy
3) Bow down before God or lift up your now holy hands, or be on your knees
4) Since James 4:6 says "God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble" find verses like John 15:5 "apart from Me you can do nothing" and say it/them over and over per Joshua 1:8 until you humble yourself under God's mighty hand per 1 Peter 5:6 that he may exalt you in good time
5) Focus away from your problems, and on the Lord Jesus per Isaiah 26:3, and per Psalm 37:4 take delight in God's love, greatness, holiness, justice, generosity, great compassion, tender mercies, plentiful redemption of your soul, and with this mindset tell Jesus Christ out loud, humbly, how you love Him with all your heart, all your soul, adore Him, depend on Him, trust Him, look to Him, believe His Word the Bible, and how you are thankful to Jesus that from all of humanity He picked you to save you from your sins
Watch God pour out blessings on your life as you give yourself daily to loving worship towards your Father God out of a humble heart of love which is grateful to Jesus for seeing you in sin, and coming to you in loving kindness, rescuing you from Hell by choosing you to believe in Him from everyone around you, and turning you into a new person and then renewing of your mind to believe God, and then continuing in this heart-attitude of trust throughout your day with praises and trust in your Father in Heaven who loves you and longs to provide for you per 1 Peter 5:7 saying ...
Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.
... so give them to your Father, and trust Him to handle them as you praise and thank Father for handling them continually, and don't take those worries back, and watch Him take care of them for you, and you, and thus FELLOWSHIP with your Father through private worship, and continual trust through continual praise per Ephesians 5:19 ...
Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord
Norvel Hayes received these prophetic words about worship, "[Son, the church is sadly lacking ... They don't worship Me enough. When I look down and see an individual worshiping Me or a church worshiping Me, a certain special individual person worshiping Me alone, I begin to work right then through the Holy Spirit and through angels to give that person everything they want, because they've obeyed the number one law of God: 'thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart' ... If people don't [love and worship me, and love people] the destiny I have for them will never be theirs."
Then I read about King David who spent much time reading and thinking about God's Word, and praising God and Jesus' holy name, and bowing down in worship of God, and humbling his heart with fasting (note: one can fast and still be proud), and as a result God promoted David the shepherd, the least of all his brothers to be ...
... and I believe I should follow David's example, given the incredible promotion and favor on his life of honoring God's Word, following after God's heart, giving finances and material to God's work in preparing gold and materials for the Holy Temple and then watching God protect your finances which is a major stress relief, fighting the Lord's battles and the good fight of faith and thus growing in the Lord by doing what the Bible says and being able to meet life's challenges which come to us all, and thus securing freedom for another generation, etc.
Yes, God said we live by every Word which comes out of the mouth of God, not just those that are easy and/or convenient.
Before I learned about worship from King David or Brother Hayes, I had seen God move when I had spent time praising Him by myself after praying for things, and I said to myself something like, "I wonder what will happen if I just praise God when I don't need anything ... just because", something like that.
I was fasting also at the time, so during this fast during my 3rd year in full time ministry, I set aside two days to praise God by myself, without Internet!
I'd sit cross-legged on my bed and raised my hands and praised God, sometimes I'd stand up put on some contemporary Christian music and sing praise God with it, or praise in the Spirit.
During the afternoon on the 2nd day I tried to shout praise to the Lord, and I could not. It seemed like something was choking me back from doing so, but I couldn't tell why and I finished the day praising the Lord without thinking too much of it.
Then that night I had this dream: I am being misunderstood and being yelled at for no reason and I am weeping. Then I am in bed and I hear a demon breathing in me, and I see it's spittle flying out of me as it breathes. Then see the hands of a deliverance minister come out of my bed and lay on my shoulders, and I hear the demon being cast out and it yelling "Nooooooooooooooo!!" as it's cast far away from me.
The next day when I was wide awake I could indeed now SHOUT praise to the Lord. So worshiping God had caused a demon to depart from me, that I didn't even know was there.
Now when I go to church and I feel like giving a SHOUT of praise to the Lord, I am "well able" to.
So, worship works, and I wasn't even expecting anything.
Also, if you or someone else happens to need deliverance from demons, worship or praise of God is a way to be rid of the demon.
I remember Derek Prince telling of a man with a demon who was standing in front of two Russian Baptist sisters who were PRAISING God with great loudness and joy, and he went to Brother Prince saying he was bothered and wanted to leave. He was told he could leave now with the demon, or he could stay and the demon would leave. He said he'd stay. About ten minutes later he came back and told Brother Prince the demon had left.
No deliverance team, no bunch of Christians exercising their Godly Christian authority to kick the demon out though that would have worked, just ... worship and praise of our God who sent the Lord Jesus Christ.
Worship of Jesus is probably why Europe was blessed as a cradle for Christianity for many centuries, despite wasting time discussing how many angels could dance on the head of a pin. (Really!)

Bible Verses About Worship
John 4:21-23 - Jesus said unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour is coming, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father. Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour comes, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeks such to worship him.
Matthew 15:21-28 - Then Jesus went thence, and departed into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon. And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O LORD, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil. But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us. But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Then came she and worshiped him, saying, LORD, help me. But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs. And she said, Truth, LORD: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table. Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.
Matthew 28:16-17 - Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. And when they saw him, they worshiped him: but some doubted.
Revelation 7:11 - And all the angels stood around about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshiped God
Revelation 14:7 - Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
Hebrews 1:6 - And again, when he brings in the first-begotten into the world, he said, “And let all the angels of God worship Him.”
James 4:7 - Submit yourselves therefore to God, Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
